Pure Prescription New Greens Review

download-23Pure Prescriptions is a well-respected online nutritional supplement store. You can find just about anything in their store, including women and men’s nutritional supplements. You can also purchase nutritional supplements for children and pets.

Today, we decided to embark on a Pure Prescriptions New Greens review. Overall, we think this product is pretty darn legit. But maybe you should be the judge?

New Greens is the vision of Dr. Chad Larson. He specializes in helping athletes take care of their bodies via diet. If you want injuries to heal faster, you need to get a steady supply of superfood green vegetables and fruits. In the case of New Greens, we found it to be power packed with nutritional density. To be honest, just reading the review made my bad knee feel better.

We found Pure Prescription New Greens to be pretty similar to both Garden of Life Perfect Raw Food and All Day Energy Greens. You can find reviews to both of those below (maybe visit them after you read my review, I’d feel insulted if you left before the main course).

Let’s have a look at what’s under the hood of New Greens superfood powder drink.

Pure Prescription New Greens Ingredients

There is a lot of good stuff here, but keep in mind, the further down the list the blend, the less potency it has.

Essentia Blend: Chlorella, Alfalfa and Spirulina lead this blend’s list. This is a solid detoxification blend that also offers protein, iron, and magnesium. Many people are magnesium deficient and don’t even know it.

Power Veggie Blend: Organic carrot, spinach and kale top this blend’s list. The beta-carotene in carrots can help your sight, particularly as your vision traverses older ages. Spinach and kale are superfood greens that have a substantial amount of vitamin B6 and folate.

Antioxidant Supreme Blend: Royal jelly, Bee Pollen and Green Tea Extract are tops here. Did you know that bee pollen is almost 40% protein? And that it contains almost all required nutrients for humans? The wow factor here is heavy, my friends.

Gentle Fiber Blend: Flaxseed, Apple Fiber Pectin powder, Brown Rice Bran powder lead this nutritional list. Flaxseed is a wonderful source for Omega 3 fatty acids. These fibers are great for your gut health. A happy gut is a happy, razor-sharp brain!

Restorative Detox Blend: Milk Thistle and Turmeric are at the top of this blend. Turmeric is a strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that’ have been used for centuries by various cultures to improve health.

Non-Dairy Probiotic Blend: Chicory Fructooligigosaccharides and Saccharomyces boulardii (the two scariest words in the English language to pronounce, no doubt). Many people prefer feeding their guts non-dairy versions of probiotics, so in this instance, we have a winner.

Healing Enzyme Blend: Protease, Papain, and Bromelain. Protease is important in the digestion process.

Pure Prescription New Greens Taste

Dr. Chad Larson really pushes mixing New Greens superfood powder with some non-dairy almond milk. I tried it this way and it taste great. The almond milk certainly smooths out the taste a bit. I also tried it with regular water and found it to be pretty good.

The Value of Pure Prescription New Greens

New Greens serving size is 10-grams. That’s a pretty healthy shot. That comes out to about $1.33 per serving, which is similar to Garden Of Life Perfect Food Raw and
All Day Energy Greens. When I visited the purchase link for Pure Prescription New Greens (found below), I noticed a pop-up box with an offer of $10 off. Maybe that’s still there? That could add some extra value to your purchase.

The Good

  • Excellent value per serving
  • Offers an array of health benefits, including anticancer, anti-inflammatory and Omega 3 Fatty Acids
  • Highly competitive with competition

The Bad

  • Some of the blends are proprietary
  • Other similar blends may cost you less (see reviews above in “value” section

Pure Prescriptions New Greens is a legit product. The value per serving is high at best, at worst, it is really competitive. This is definitely worth a shot. Maybe try it with almond milk as Dr. Chad Larson recommends (if you decide to go this route, that is).
