Total Living Drink Greens Superfood Powder Review
The Total Living Drink Greens by Kylea Health, is an “everything but the kitchen sink” green drink. Literally.
The company boasts that’s it’s a nine-in-one formula –meaning- each serving provides the nutritional equivalent of nine individual supplements. Let’s take a peak under the hood of this green drink and determine if it’s the real deal.
When you look at the TLD Greens’ label, the supplement facts indicate that each serving is 40 grams. This is an enormous amount of nutrition per serving. The only green drink we’ve reviewed that has the same grams-per-serving is Shakeology.
Now keep in mind that the TLD Greens has 11 grams of vegan protein. But that leaves 29 grams of pure, nutrient-dense goodness.
Let’s break down the supposed “Nine-In-One” claim…
- Protein: 11 grams
- Superfoods: 15 grams
- Antioxidants: 3 grams
- Amino Acids: 2 grams
- Probiotics: 300 milligrams
- Herbal Blend: 1.3 grams
- Enzymes: 450 milligrams
- Multi-Vitamin: Complete
- Multi-Mineral: Complete
These nine categories are potent enough to substantiate the claim that you really are getting nine supplements in one serving. You can find a protein powder that provides quite a bit more protein, but 11 grams of vegan protein is a decent amount. And, you’d spend $40-$60 to buy just a protein powder.
I’ve seen stand alone probiotics, antioxidants and digestive enzyme supplements that have less potencies then what you’d get in the TLD Greens, and if you bought these three supplements separately, you’d probably pay around $80-$100.
Let’s talk about superfoods… The TLD Greens has 15.3 grams of superfoods and they cover all the bases of grasses, algae, land and sea vegetables. Keep in mind people, that 95 percent of green drinks products don’t contain 15 grams per serving of everything. Just the superfood section of the TLD Greens is more potent than the vast majority of green drink’s total serving size.
In my opinion, the TLD Greens is the best-valued green drink in existence. If you were to try and ingest everything that is in a 1-month supply of the TLD Greens by purchasing all of the components individually, you’d easily spend over $300. (Not to mention you’d have to swallow 40-50 capsules).
A one-month supply of the Total Living Drinks Greens is $99. Keep in mind that Shakeology is also 40 grams per serving and costs $130. (And for what you are getting, even that is not a bad value.)
The TLD Greens also has an auto-ship program where you save 15% every month. The company has also given us an exclusive coupon code you can use to save 10%. The coupon code is GDR10

The TLD Greens tastes surprising good. When you open the bag you are met with a pleasant, fruity fragrance. It mixes well and you don’t taste the algae – which is always a buzz kill when taking green drinks.
The TLD Greens uses juice extracts for their superfoods whereas most green drinks use whole vegetable powders. Juice extracts have profoundly more phytonutrients than whole plant powders. But typically, juice extracts make the product taste like a swamp cocktail. How the TLD Greens taste as good as it does is a mystery.
Everything. There’s really no weakness to this product. It is the most potent green drink out there (tied with Shakeology) but is still reasonably priced. It is well rounded with probiotics, herbs, antioxidants, enzymes, protein and more. It tastes good, especially for what’s in there.
There’s not much bad about the Total Living Drink Greens. If we are being nitpicky, there are better-tasting green drinks. But these don’t use juice extracts and have way lower potencies. It’s easy to make things taste good that don’t have a lot of superfood flavors to overcome.
Some people won’t spend a hundred bucks on a green drink no matter how good it is. That’s o.k. There are some very good green drinks -many of them reviewed on this site – that can be had in the $40-$60 range.
The Total Living Drink Greens, overall, is our favorite green superfood drink on planet Earth -at least at the present time.
It covers all the nutritional bases. It has enough nutrition and calories per serving that you can use it as a meal replacement. It has more superfoods per serving than any green drink we’ve come across.
It’s a very popular product and there’s very little negative feedback we’ve seen… and we research this stuff.
Like mentioned earlier, it’s on the high side in terms of cost but is cheaper than it’s closest competitors like Shakeology. Much cheaper. The Total Living Drink Greens is worth every penny.
